You may import your existing list into GetResponse provided that you (and not someone else) have the permission of all contacts to email them.
Importing one of the following types of lists is strictly prohibited with GetResponse:
• mailing lists that are not permission-based (this includes shared, acquired or inherited lists of contacts that have not granted you the permission to email them)
• email addresses 'harvested' from web, newsgroups etc.
• bought "bulk email lists" (example: "900M Bulk Email List $299")
• "list-washed" mailing lists
• "safelists"
• purchased leads (with the exception of GetSubscribers)
Importing one of the above types of lists may result in instant account closure.
