Will I lose my contacts’ feedback if they reply to my automated sales messages instead of contacting me directly?

You can easily set the "Reply-to" address for every campaign, so that if your contacts reply to your campaign's message, their email will reach your mailbox. In order to read the messages which are sent to your campaign's address, you can have the email forwarded.
