Normally, we require all imported email addresses to be confirmed. However, if you have a list of your customers with full opt-in information, such as the IP they have signed up from and the time stamp, our Policy Enforcement Department may import the list for you without having to confirm it. The decision about this is always made after communicating with this Department directly (gr-abuse@cs.implix.com).
