Please go to Surveys >> Create a new survey. Please enter your survey's settings and go to the next step. You will be able to create different types of questions by dragging chosen elements from the list located on the right hand side of the screen. To edit your questions and answers please click on the Edit icon to the right of the question.
You can add additional pages to your survey by clicking on Add page tab.
Once you have finished creating your survey, click on the Save and Publish button.
The link for publishing a survey will be displayed under Surveys>>Surveys List.
