When you purchase an account you set a maximum limit of contacts that can be hosted within the account. If you don't use the whole limit, we don't issue partial refunds.
I have purchased GR Platinum a month ago at the old price. Will you charge me the full price again if I upgrade?
No, we will not charge you the full price. We will calculate how much of the current service you have used so far, and give you a discount of that value for the new package that you choose.
Can I pay with PayPal?
